Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a compassionate and organized individual to join our team as a Primary Arranger. The Primary Arranger will be responsible for assisting client families in making funeral arrangements, ensuring that all services meet or exceed expectations, and providing support throughout the grieving process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all aspects of funeral arrangements, including arrangement conferences
• Conduct funeral and memorial ceremonies with professionalism, organization, and care
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client families, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and respectful manner
• Promote a safe and healthy work environment for all staff members
• Participate in community outreach activities to maintain and grow market share
• Maintain accurate records and prepare necessary documents related to funeral services

Experience and Educational Requirements:

• Valid current State of Ohio license as a Funeral Director
• Valid current driver's license for the State of Ohio
• Previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred
• Knowledge of computers and funeral service-related software
• Above-average communication skills
• High level of compassion and integrity
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and set priorities
• Professional and team player
