Description: Seeking to hire a Full Desk Recruiter where the successful candidate will are required to bring some of their own accounts/relationships, working a full-desk. Position: Full-Desk Recruiter/Sales Duration: Full-time (Base + commissions) OR Commission only. Location: Remote (Work From Home) Rate: Salary + Industry Leading Commissions + Bonuses Responsible for full life-cycle recruiting desk, generating client business through your own leads, negotiating fee agreements, presenting resumes, negotiating rates, scheduling interviews, working directly with the clients and consultants. Required Skills: Current/Prior experience in Recruiting and working directly with end clients, enjoys working both sides of the desk Experience working with Applicant Tracking/Sales Systems Experience creating basic Excel spreadsheets and Word docs. Experience using sourcing tools, such as Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIN Must have excellent written and presentation skills Must have a book of business to develop and grow new business Setup to work from your home office College Degree (desired) We are willing to consider other Industry verticals as well if you have a current book of business.
