Whats the opportunity: Being a broker you will be developing, maintaining, and growing relationships between customers, shippers, consignees and Precision. Through this fast-paced, high-energy role, you will be able to make an impact on the supply chain every day.
Basic Function: Responsible for quoting, coordinating, and controlling the movement of customer-supplied products with a focus on achieving high quality standards and customer satisfaction. This position is primarily responsible for managing customer accounts in all aspects of Supply Chain Management and maximizing the productivity and efficiency of Precision Freight's Carriers. Strong focus on client networking, negotiating pricing, and customer relationships in hotshots, truckload, and special projects.

Requirements:
MUST have a minimum of 1 year of logistics experience in freight brokerage.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, negotiation skills, attention to detail & critical thinking.
Must live within driving distance to Itasca, IL.
