Job Summary
The Food & Beverage Attendant is responsible for providing excellent service to guests in all food and beverage outlets, including accepting payment, preparing and serving items according to the menu, and maintaining a clean and organized outlet. This role ensures guests enjoy a memorable dining experience through attentive, friendly, and professional service.
Education & Experience
• High school graduate required, college coursework in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field preferred.
• Fully bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Previous experience in food and beverage service, retail, or hospitality preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems or food service software is a plus Micros system knowledge preferred.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Safety and Food Handling Certification.
• Valid Health Certificate (including throat culture results) as required by the Puerto Rico Department of Health.

• Can deliver exceptional guest service, responding promptly, courteously, and professionally to guest needs and requests.
• Has the ability to work collaboratively with others communicating effectively to support smooth and efficient operations.
• Can manage time effectively and prioritize tasks, ensuring all responsibilities are completed promptly during high-volume service periods.
• Has the ability to work a flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays, to accommodate the needs of the restaurant during peak times.
• Can proactively identify and address cleanliness or organization issues to maintain a polished and inviting environment.
Physical Requirements
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
• Routinely required to bend, stoop, stand, and walk for extended periods.
• Heavy work - Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 50 pounds of force frequently and/or 20 pounds constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
• Must have the physical stamina and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment.
