Financial Analyst – Manufacturing

We’re seeking a highly skilled and strategic Financial Analyst to join our manufacturing team in Dixon, IL. This is a high-impact role where your financial expertise will directly support plant leadership, drive operational efficiency, and influence long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead financial reporting and cost analysis across product lines
Develop financial models to support quoting, capital investments, and strategic initiatives
Partner with plant leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and performance planning
Manage and enhance standard cost systems and conduct variance analysis
Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Materials, and IT to streamline MRP processes
Prepare monthly earnings packages and contribute to earnings calls
Ensure compliance with SOX, GAAP, and internal control standards
Mentor and support development of junior finance team members
Promote a culture of safety and inclusion through active engagement

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA preferred)
MBA or Master’s in Accounting is a plus
Minimum 6 years of progressive finance experience in a manufacturing setting
Strong foundation in cost accounting, budgeting, and financial planning
ERP system experience required; SAP preferred
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
Exceptional communication, analytical, and presentation skills
