Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a Credit Analyst to join their team.
As a Credit Analyst, you will be part of the Credit Department supporting Sales and Customer Accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Credit Analyst
Location: Honolulu, HI (On-site)
Pay Range: $25.00 per hour

What’s the Job?

• Conduct collection activities for delinquent accounts through phone, email, and written correspondence.

• Research and resolve financial disputes and customer inquiries.

• Collaborate with Sales and internal teams to address discrepancies related to volume, pricing, freight, and promotions.

• Document and maintain accurate collection notes and account statuses.

• Identify opportunities to improve credit performance and reduce delinquency.

What’s Needed?

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.

• 2–4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit, or Collections.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting/finance ERP systems (e.g., Workday).

• Ability to analyze financial data and resolve account discrepancies effectively.
