We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Entry-Level Finance Analyst to join our Finance team. In this role, you will assist in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow management through debt and/or equity issuance. You will also be involved in many ad hoc analysis to support data-driven decision-making. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in financial planning and analysis at a fast-paced startup in an exciting music entertainment industry. [Responsibilities] Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts Support the annual budgeting and long-range planning processes Help draft and manage weekly and monthly cash flow Perform variance analysis comparing actual performance to budget and forecast Help develop and maintain financial models to support business initiatives Collaborate with business units to gather data and understand performance drivers Participate in process improvement initiatives within the Finance and Accounting function [Qualifications] Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field (internships count) Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must; knowledge of financial modeling is a plus Familiarity with financial statements and basic accounting principles Experience in utilizing accounting software, including QuickBooks.
