Have you managed team members to successfully operate a quick service restaurant? If so, and you're a well-organized leader with excellent communication skills, you could be our next general manager. In a fast-paced restaurant dedicated to providing excellent customer service, we need a leader who can inspire and direct a high-energy group to achieve their goals.

Hiring, training, and supervising employees, as well as ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, will be among your responsibilities. You should have at least 1 to 3 years of experience managing a fast food or quick service restaurant. If this describes you, please apply immediately!

$80,000 - $100,000 yearly

• Build restaurant staff through recruiting, interviewing, and training food service professionals
• Follow all laws and standards for food service sanitation and ensure all employees are in compliance
• Manage appropriate inventory levels of food and dining products and plan accurately for forecasted sales trends
• Develop a clear plan for the restaurant that takes into account the market, local competitors, sales revenue, and expenses
• Achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction while providing quick service for all restaurant customers

• Experience with MS Office and other computer skills desired
• Previous food service experience with the ability to oversee food inventory levels and manage costs
• Showcase exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Previous management or supervisory experience of 1-3 years is required, preferably in the quick service restaurant industry
• This position requires a high school diploma or GED
