• $200,000 - $220,000 / year
• 1 month and 2 weeks off per year – work only 10 months and 2 weeks a year

Description:

• Full time, permanent position
• Schedule depends on the location
• Ability to see all ages - pediatrics to adults
• Manages ambulatory Family Medicine primary care medical practice by eliciting patient histories, performing physical examinations, providing accurate clinical diagnoses, prescribing evidence-based and cost-effective treatments and providing patient education.

Profile we need:

• Must speak Spanish at a 7 out of 10 score or better, many patients are older with hearing issues, and they only speak Spanish
• Someone aligned with their mission and values
• Someone good with EHR
• Must work well in teams – PCMH model – MAs, Receptionist, Care Coordinators, and Care Managers
