Job Title: Exp. Tax Associate 
Job Location: Hybrid
Job Salary: $60k-$75k (DOE)
Requirements: 2+ Years of Public Accounting Tax Experience

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Tax Associate to join our dynamic team in the public accounting sector. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation and review of tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulations while providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships.
• Conduct research on tax issues and provide recommendations to clients.
• Assist in tax audits and collaborate with clients and tax authorities to resolve inquiries.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations affecting clients' businesses.
• Provide excellent client service and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in public accounting, focusing on tax preparation and compliance.
• Strong understanding of tax regulations and laws.
• Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• CPA eligibility is preferred.
