About This Role:

• Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events for internal staff and the community.
• Support the Events Manager in managing event logistics, budgets, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure events are impactful, memorable, and aligned with Evara Health’s mission and brand.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate event communications and materials.
• Assist in tracking event success metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience in event planning, hospitality, nonprofit, or community engagement.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and coordinate with vendors.
