Job Title: Equipment Operator (Sit-Down, Reach and Cherry)
Location: Edgerton, KS 66021
Pay Rate: $19.50/hr (temp-to-hire) $21.75/hr once hired full-time
Shift: 1st Shift Monday-Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (occasional Saturday OT possible)
About the Role
We're looking for skilled Equipment Operators to join our growing team in either the Inbound or Outbound Department . This is a temp-to-hire role , and after 90 days of solid performance and reliable attendance, you'll be eligible for full-time hire with a pay increase to $21.75/hr .
What You'll Do
Operate sit-down forklifts , Reach Truck and Cherry Picker to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently
Support inbound and outbound operations including staging, loading trucks, and organizing product flow
Perform accurate order picking and assist with inventory control
Complete basic equipment checks and routine maintenance
Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

What We're Looking For
Extensive sit-down, reach truck and cherry picker experience in a warehouse environment (required)
Dependable attendance and punctuality, especially during the first 90 days
Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
Flexibility to work occasional Saturday overtime
