Foley & Lardner LLP is accepting applications from current judicial law clerks for an entry-level associate position in the firm's Commercial Litigation Practice Group in San Francisco, commencing in fall 2026. We are seeking candidates who are well-rounded, embrace a strong work ethic, and are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. Prior summer associate experience at a law firm is preferred. A demonstrated track record of strong academic performance is required.

In support of transparency and equity in the workplace, Foley provides salary information for all positions. The expected salary for this position is $225,000. Actual pay will be determined based on education, experience, internal pay equity at Foley, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
