Job Summary and Qualifications

What you will do in this role:

  • Coordinate the Employee Health program, including:
    • New hire screenings
    • Annual employee screenings
    • Maintaining Employee Health files
    • Participating in the Infection Prevention Committee
    • Coordinating vaccination programs
  • Manage the Workers Compensation program, including:
    • Serving on the Environment of Care Committee
    • Reporting initial occurrences
    • Managing injury cases with third-party administrators
    • Arranging transitional duty staffing
    • OSHA reporting
  • Assist in Infection Control processes in collaboration with the Coordinator and VP of Quality.
Qualifications needed:
  • Registered Nurse license
  • Basic Life Support (BLS), Nonviolent Crisis Intervention, Bachelor's Degree, Associate Degree, or RN Diploma (must be obtained within 30 days of start date)
  • Minimum of 3 years hospital experience
  • Occupational/Employee Health experience preferred
