It serves to establish a place for current or future interested applicants to apply for Echocardiograph Technologist at Redwood Memorial Hospital in Fortuna, CA. We may not have openings for each of these categories today, but the organization offers on-call, part time and full-time opportunities for day, evening, night, or variable shifts.
Under the direction of the Department Director, supervision of the Cardiac Cath Lab Manager, the Echo Tech performs clinical diagnostic ultrasound imaging procedures and related activities according to department standards for all patients served: infant, child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric. Serves as a customer service representative to patients, their families, the public, and the medical staff. Participates in quality control and organizational improvement activities. Serves as a clinical/technical resource for less experienced sonographers.
