Base pay range $75,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr Additional compensation types Annual Bonus National human capital and workforce transformation firm, is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to fully own our brand identity and lead digital strategy, public relations, and brand visibility from our headquarters in Miami, FL . This is a confidential and high-impact leadership role for someone who understands that great marketing drives revenue. Were looking for a creative, hands-on, and forward-thinking marketer who knows how to build a brand from the inside outand is excited to grow with a company thats scaling fast. Youll sit at the center of our voice, messaging, digital strategy, and brand identitypartnering with leadership to shape how our brand shows up in the market across B2B and B2C audiences. What Youll Own Brand Leadership : Own and evolve our brand identity across all platformsvisual, written, digital, and experiential. Digital Marketing Execution : Develop and manage campaigns across email, social media, digital advertising, and our websiteoptimized for lead generation, awareness, and conversion. Public Relations : Drive PR strategy, including press outreach, executive visibility, awards submissions, and thought leadership initiatives. Content & SEO Strategy : Lead content development and manage the SEO roadmap to ensure visibility in target markets. Oversee content calendars, blog strategy, and on-page optimization. Marketing Automation & HubSpot : Own HubSpot Marketing Hubincluding campaign workflows, nurture sequences, audience segmentation, and performance reporting. Creative Oversight : Guide the creation of visual assets and copy for digital campaigns, case studies, proposals, internal collateral, and social mediawith a sharp eye for brand consistency. Strategic Collaboration : Partner with executive leadership, business development, and recruiting teams to align marketing efforts with company goals and client needs. Who You Are A brand-minded digital marketer with 5+ years of experience in B2B/B2C environments, ideally within professional services. Experienced in building and executing brand, content, and PR strategies from the ground up. Proficient in HubSpot , marketing automation, digital ads, and SEO best practices. A self-starter and go-getter who thrives in fast-paced, in-person environments and enjoys wearing multiple hats. Creative and resourceful, with a strong eye for detail and an instinct for what looks and sounds right. Able to translate business strategy into compelling digital campaigns and visual storytelling.
