Job Position Description:
This position is responsible working as a crew member creating cleaner and healthier environments for our customers buildings and grounds by preforming the following essential duties and responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned.

Preform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures
Cleaning duties include: sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash, windows, and cleaning and moving furniture and equipment etc...
Opens and locks facilities, enable and disable security systems as required.
The ability to be flexible, work at a fast-paced and in multi-tasked job is a must.
Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time.
Has respect and understanding for co-workers and customers.
Complete all assigned trainings as needed.
Has the ability to understand and execute a given cleaning plan in a timely manner.
Possess time management skills while maintaining within budget using our time management system.
Must report all incidents to direct supervisor
Bilingual a Plus: Spanish and English

Physical Demands and Qualifications:

• Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching.
• Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs.
• Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses.
• Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.
• Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time.
