Quad in Hartford is seeking full-time Warehouse Material Handlers (Forklift Drivers) to grow with us! Candidates hired into this role will be responsible for inventory control on the production floor, ensuring that materials are brought efficiently and accurately to machines to keep production downtime to a minimum. Candidates who have 2 or more years of experience in warehousing or shipping with 75% or more of time spent on a forklift, are highly desirable. Starting wages are competitive, based on relevant work experience and stability with work history.

The successful candidate will have or be able to do the following:
12-hour shifts - these shifts dont rotate . (7 a.m. - 7 p.m. ) including days, weekends, and holidays. working 3 - 4 days a week. Overtimeis always a possibilitybut not guaranteed.

The actual rate of pay offered will vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package may also include overtime and shift differentials, depending on the role.
