Data Entry Associate – Corporate Communications Support

Location: Onsite in Bellevue, WA

Contract Type: 3-month W2 contract (40 hours/week, with up to 5 hours of OT)

Pay Rate: $20.76–$21.34/hour (depending on experience)

Russell Tobin is partnering with a global leader in e-commerce and technology innovation to support their corporate communications team. We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Associate for a short-term contract role. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with large data sets, and takes pride in accuracy and organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate and input accurate information into Salesforce .
• Identify and execute streamlined processes to ensure quick and accurate data entry.
• Manage and complete high-volume tasks within tight deadlines.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1+ years of related work experience .
• 1+ years of experience with Salesforce and Excel (or equivalent tools).

Preferred Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills; self-starter mindset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with solid interpersonal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Advanced data entry experience, including navigating and manipulating large data sets.
