Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries, provide product and service information, resolve issues, and support clients through email, phone, and online communication channels. This role is fully remote and ideal for someone who is patient, organized, and committed to delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat
