Construction Manager: Location: CA Alameda County, CA **Job Summary** Power Solutions is seeking a highly experienced **Senior Construction Support Manager** to oversee construction support systems and provide technical direction for medium to large-scale electric substation, transmission, and distribution projects. This senior-level role requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of EPC practices, and the ability to foster effective relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** Mentor and coach construction support management staff. Manage projects in accordance with Primoris policies and procedures. Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and project stakeholders. Develop and implement quality control programs tailored to each project. Provide detailed performance feedback to team members and leadership. Produce and maintain accurate project reports and status updates for internal and external use. **Required Qualifications** Minimum **8 years** of experience in the utility industry with a strong background in Construction Management. Proven track record with **EPC project execution**. In-depth understanding of **construction management fundamentals**. Proficiency in **engineering principles** and **MS Office applications**. Strong written communication skills; capable of drafting complex technical documentation and correspondence. Confident public speaker with the ability to present to diverse audiences. Self-starter with high energy and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships while navigating organizational structures. Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills. Skilled negotiator and decision-maker. Experience leading teams in a **matrix organization**. Ability to work with individuals from diverse socio-economic and cultural backgrounds. Direct experience with **material manufacturers** for Transmission Line or High-Voltage Substation projects.
