Overview Communications Coordinator role at ChristianaCare. The position focuses on developing multimedia messaging and internal communications strategies, collaborating with External Affairs, Human Resources and stakeholders system-wide to support an informed, engaged workforce. The role also supports the logistics and functions of ChristianaCare’s video studio and works within a fast-paced, multidisciplinary communications team. Responsibilities Manage ChristianaCare’s internal communications platform (CaregiverConnect) and the weekly employee newsletter (CaregiverConnect Weekly). Develop and implement communications plans for internal projects and programs. Provide written and visual assets, copyediting, and proofreading support for the Communications team. Publish and manage internal communications daily; interact with leaders and employee groups to ensure timely information delivery. Support pre-production needs (audio, set design, script writing) in the broadcast studio and assist with production of internal messaging. Collaborate with team members to maximize content reach and drive continuous improvement in employee communications. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree. Preferred: public relations, journalism, communications, digital media, media studies or English. Three years of corporate communications, public relations or journalism experience with demonstrated ability to write and edit compelling content. Experience in developing and producing multimedia content; broadcast production experience preferred. Experience in copy editing and proofreading. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted. Education and Experience Requirements As listed above in Qualifications. Compensation Annual Compensation Range: $49,608.00 - $74,422.40. The pay rate represents a good-faith estimate at the time of posting; actual salary depends on skills, experience and qualifications.
