Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for representing clients in commercial litigation cases, managing all aspects of the litigation process from initial case assessment through trial and appeal. This role requires a strong understanding of litigation procedures and experience in managing complex commercial disputes.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in commercial litigation cases in court and during hearings
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare case strategies
• Manage discovery processes including eDiscovery and document review
• Communicate with clients to keep them informed about case status and developments
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Collaborate with other legal professionals and support staff to prepare for trials
• Attend trials and represent the firm in front of judges and juries

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial litigation
• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and eDiscovery practices
• Excellent writing, research, and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
