About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to join a team at a brand-new clinical research site. This is a unique chance to be part of the founding staff, helping to shape site operations, establish processes, and work closely with investigators on groundbreaking studies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute all aspects of assigned clinical trials in compliance with study protocols, GCP, and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as the primary liaison between study participants, investigators, sponsors, and regulatory bodies.
• Manage participant recruitment, informed consent, scheduling, and follow-up visits.
• Maintain accurate and complete study documentation, including CRFs, source documents, and regulatory files.
• Conduct data entry, query resolution, and ensure data integrity throughout the study lifecycle.
• Assist with IRB submissions and regulatory reporting.
• Collaborate with site leadership to refine workflows and optimize study execution in a new site environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical research experience required; therapeutic experience in [insert therapeutic area(s) if known] preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and FDA regulations.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup-style site environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with participants and stakeholders.
