The ideal candidate will have a collaborative mindset, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels. Leadership qualities, experience in crisis management, and the ability to inspire and motivate global teams are essential. The role also demands a high level of emotional intelligence, political acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
