About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff for the Chief Customer and Marketing Officer (CCMO) to play a pivotal role in the growth and transformation of its customer-centric integrated customer growth organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving and executing transformative strategies, ensuring the success of key initiatives, and fostering a culture of results and accountability. This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in goal setting, monitoring, and organizational alignment. The Chief of Staff will also be instrumental in driving operational excellence, delivering clear and concise communications, and demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills. Applicants must have a BA/BS degree, with a Master's degree being desirable, and a minimum of 15 years of experience in marketing or sales-related positions within the technology sector, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry. The role requires a candidate with in-depth knowledge of market trends, competition, and emerging technologies, as well as a strong business acumen and a data-driven decision-making approach. The ideal candidate will have a collaborative mindset, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels. Leadership qualities, experience in crisis management, and the ability to inspire and motivate global teams are essential. The role also demands a high level of emotional intelligence, political acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
