His Client is a next-generation at-home testing platform revolutionizing how individuals access and understand their health. Our technology integrates advanced biotech methods, including microbiome and molecular diagnostics, to deliver clinically relevant, easy-to-use, and personalized insights directly to consumers. By bridging biotechnology and digital engagement, our Client empowers individuals to make informed health decisions from the comfort of their homes-without sacrificing clinical rigor. We are entering a rapid growth phase, expanding direct-to-consumer (D2C) channels and strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, pharmacies, wellness platforms, and enterprise organizations. To accelerate this evolution, we are seeking an accomplished Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the Company's go-to-market, partnership, and channel growth strategy. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with organizational goals and revenue objectives. - Lead branding initiatives to establish a consistent and impactful market presence. - Drive integrated B2C and B2B strategies across digital platforms, retail channels, and strategic partnerships. - Cultivate and manage relationships with corporate wellness providers, pharmacy networks, and healthcare platforms to expand market reach. - Oversee the development and implementation of co-branded and white-label initiatives designed to increase distribution. - Utilize data-driven insights to continuously optimize partner marketing strategies and measure lifecycle performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives. - Build scalable systems and frameworks to enhance customer acquisition and retention. - Lead a team of marketing professionals, fostering innovation and accountability. - Ensure marketing efforts align with the company's vision for personalized and accessible health solutions. Requirements - Proven experience in leading marketing strategies within B2C and B2B sectors, ideally in pharma, biotech, or digital health. - Strong background in scaling innovative health products and driving market growth. - Expertise in brand development, storytelling, and market positioning. - Demonstrated ability to build and manage strategic partnerships across various industries. - Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and performance tracking. - Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams. - Adept at creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns across diverse channels. - Strong communication and negotiation skills to foster impactful partnerships.
