Requirements Coverage for Inpatient Only at Lee Memorial Hospital- Cardiology. Specific Coverage Dates:12/22/26 to 12/26/25 12/29/25 to 1/2/262/12/26 to 2/15/26, includes weekendThe coverage needed is for new general cardiology consults only from 7am to 5PM, with an average 8-12 new consults. The locum will work with the second call physician who will covers call, do follow up consultations, and testing.NICA membership and BLS /ACLS through AHA will be required. Min 30 days to credential. Locum must attend MSO orientation and Epic Training prior to first scheduled shift. MSO Orient is 12/3- remoteEpic inpatient is 12/4 ( ONSITE)- only applicable if provider does not pass the epic assessment at time of application CV must include the following for name clearance review:Current CV- must be up to date NPDB- (completed within the past 3 months)Active FL licenseLetter of Board EligibilityCASE LOGS- Must be primary source ( no personal logs) and Must only show the past 12 months- no gaps.
