Capital Management Services (CMS) is hiring driven and customer-focused professionals to join our 1st party collections team in Amherst, NY. We partner with a well-known bank to assist customers who are 2-150 days behind on their credit card payments by offering friendly reminders and helpful solutions - no cold calling or old debt involved.

Call current bank customers with recent missed payments (2-150 days past due)
Use empathy and customer service skills to help customers resolve their account status
Navigate customer account tools and documentation systems
Promote payment solutions offered by the bank
Work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
Training Period (2 weeks):
Monday - Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Regular Schedule After Training:
Monday - Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
One late shift weekly (Tuesdays 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM)
One Saturday per month | 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Start Date: October 27, 2025
Starting at $16.00/hour
