Cabinet Finisher Location: On-site, Edgewood, IA 1st Shift - Mon-Thu, 5am-2:30pm, Fri, 5-9am Pay Based on Experience Temp-To-Hire Opportunity Duties and Responsibilities Apply coatings such as stains, paints, and varnishes using a variety of methods. Use air assisted spray guns to seal and topcoat products. Prepare wood surfaces, ensuring they are free from imperfections. Quality control and inspection to make sure all inconsistencies are touched up to ensure a flawless final product. Maintain a safe and clean workspace. Perform other duties as assigned. Skills/Qualifications: Knowledge of various staining, painting, and other techniques to achieve the desired appearance. Proficient in using hand tools for cabinet finishing. High attention to detail and ability to color match to product specification. Basic knowledge of calculations and measurements. Ability to multitask, work under pressure and complete jobs with demanding deadlines while paying great attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively. Strong record of reliable attendance and punctuality. Knowledge of various wood species and characteristics. Must be able to pass background check.
