Cabinet Finisher

Our client, a leader in the cabinetry industry, is seeking a Cabinet Finisher to join their team. As a Cabinet Finisher, you will be part of the production department supporting the craftsmanship of high-quality cabinetry. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a passion for quality work, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully with the organization.

Location: Chaffee, MO

Pay Range: $20 - $22 / hour

Shift: 1st Shift

What's the Job?

• Staining, painting, and finishing cabinets to achieve the desired aesthetic.
• Applying shading and top coats to enhance color and finish quality.
• Preparing surfaces for finishing processes to ensure optimal results.
• Maintaining equipment and spray booths to uphold safety and quality standards.
• Utilizing spray guns and color matching techniques effectively.

What's Needed?

• 6 months of experience in cabinetry.
• 6 months of experience operating a spray gun.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.
