Job Summary

A premier Central Oregon Cabinet Company is urgently seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Cabinet Finisher/Painter to join our high-quality custom cabinet manufacturing team in Bend, Oregon. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay, health benefits, and retirement plans. The ideal candidate brings meticulous craftsmanship and hands-on expertise with premium finishing materials and advanced spray systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation: Prepare cabinet components through sanding, sealing, and surface repairs.
• Finishing Application: Accurately mix, match, and apply stains, paints, and clear finishes.
• Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain HVLP and air-assisted airless spray systems and the spray booth for optimal performance.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished parts rigorously for quality, color accuracy, and smoothness.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines and uphold quality standards.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in cabinet or furniture finishing.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with lacquer, conversion varnish, polyurethane, and waterborne coatings; strong skills in color matching and blending.
• Attributes: Dependable, self-driven, highly detail-oriented, and committed to craftsmanship.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
