Business Systems Analyst
Location: Remote | Department: Operations Support | Reports to: AVP, Operations Support

We’re looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our growing team and play a key role in improving service levels, resolving system challenges, and helping us deliver operational excellence.
What You’ll Do
As a Business Systems Analyst at Input 1, you will:
Become a subject matter expert on business systems and operations.
Identify and execute opportunities to improve efficiencies, cut costs, and modernize processes through technology.
Partner with executives and managers to design, implement, and manage impactful system and process changes.
Test and monitor new system features before and after deployment.
Document workflows, processes, and procedures to support knowledge sharing and client onboarding.
Resolve operational system and data issues quickly and effectively.
Contribute to client implementation success by creating high-quality documentation and support materials.
What you will bring to the table:
To succeed as a Business Systems Analyst at Input 1, you’ll bring:
4-year college degree required.
5-7 years of previous similar work experience in IT, project management, or other related fields preferred
PMP certification preferred
Strategic Problem-Solving – A knack for identifying the root cause of challenges and creating practical, innovative solutions.
Analytical Mindset – The ability to connect business needs, systems, and data to uncover opportunities for improvement.
Technical Agility – Familiarity with tools like BPMN, SQL, ERP, or CRM systems, and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
Project Leadership – Experience driving projects forward, meeting deadlines, and balancing stakeholder expectations.
Clear Communication – Confidence in translating complex technical concepts into simple, actionable insights for all audiences.
Collaboration Skills – A team-first approach, working seamlessly with colleagues across departments and with external stakeholders.
Adaptability – Comfort in shifting priorities, learning on the fly, and thriving in a changing business environment.
Attention to Detail – Precision in documenting workflows, processes, and requirements that others can easily follow.
