They offer phenomenal benefits, including a hybrid work schedule, ESOP, profit sharing and a discount on home purchases / home builds.Job DescriptionThe Business Process Analyst's responsibilities will include but not be limited to:Document business processes - process mapping, business rules, training materials, and other documentation as needed; maintain as requiredLead Teams through process meetings, document as-is and would-be processesCollaborate with teams across the organization to evaluate business needs, do requirements gathering and develop and enforce procedures and policies.Develop functional specifications translating business requirements into detailed functional specificationsProject Management - action plan, communication plan, meeting planning, followup, and other responsibilities as neededBe willing to work for an organization that is not just a 9-5 company, whatever it takes to get the work done! The Successful ApplicantThe Business Process Analyst candidate will have the following experience:Bachelors Degree is required3+ years Business Analysis experience in a process focused environmentSix Sigma experienceDocumentation, requirements gathering, project management and stakeholder engagement experienceCertifications are a plus (PMP or CAPM preferred)Visio experience is a plusAny experience in home building or construction is a plus but industry specific experience is NOT essential.
