Landmark Hospitality Bartender Opportunity

We are a leading name in the hospitality industry, managing iconic venues like Liberty House, Hudson House, Stone House, Ryland Inn, Boathouse, Village Hall, Farmhouse, and Felina in New Jersey, as well as Hotel Du Village, the Logan Inn, and Durham Springs in Pennsylvania. Essential Job Functions

1. Knowledge of alcohol safety and responsible serving guidelines.
2. Know all garnishes, and tools needed for a complete bar setup.
3. Keep service stations neat, and clean and follow service/sanitation guidelines.
4. Greet and serve guests with excellent customer service using appropriate language.
5. Be attentive to guests' needs at all times. Never seemed rushed or hurried.
6. Know liquors/beverages for each function served and be prepared to offer alternatives.
7. Ability to read and speak English.
8. Ability to only solicit/accept tips where tipping is allowed.
9. Able to lift, push, and carry 20-40 lbs. (ex. Bars, dish carts, glass racks, liquor/wine boxes).
10. Ability to bend, kneel, and maneuver in narrow areas between seated guests.
11. Ability to continuously stand during shifts.
12. Follow client/facility standards and regulations (ex. smoking, parking, grooming).
13. Wear appropriate uniforms for all banquet events.
14. Flexible. Scheduled workdays/times and breaks will vary particularly end times.
