The Role:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Associate Graphic Designer and Video Editor with an eye for fashion to join our creative team. This role will be instrumental in creating on-brand marketing materials across various platforms. You will create high-quality graphics, video edits, and other visual assets and elements that enhance our customers’ end-to-end experience. Your expertise in composition, typography, video editing and more will ensure a cohesive customer journey. This role will be mainly in-person at either our Oakland, CA headquarters, New York City office, or Israel office.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visual assets such as videos, static images, gifs, and more for ads, emails, ruti.com, and beyond.
• Partner closely with our Head of Performance Marketing and Senior Creative Designer to develop on-brand creative for social ads and more
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, marketers, and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive and impactful design solutions
• Incorporate data-driven insights and stakeholder feedback to iterate on and improve designs
• Ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across all creative.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation and best-in-class craft.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, delivering work on time in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 1+ years of professional experience working on performance ads or digital marketing ads.
• 2+ years of professional experience as a graphic designer or in a similar design role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
• Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) a plus
• Strong portfolio showcasing a breadth of graphic design projects, video edits, etc.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus If You Have:

• DTC retail industry experience, particularly fashion
