LeoFigs Assistant General Manager

Reports to: Justice Figueras, Co-Owner

Compensation & Benefits

As Assistant General Manager, you’ll work under co-owner Justice Figueras with the intention of growing into the General Manager position. 

• $60-85k annual salary
• Performance-based merit increases

Schedule

This is a full time position. Fluctuations sometimes occur due to events, staffing, and harvest season)

• AGM works hours of operations
• Schedule will be a mix of administrative hours and overseeing service 

Responsibilities

• Staff Management
• Act as direct report for the front of house team including key holders and staff leads.
• Hold weekly one-on-one meetings with Leads to set goals, delegate tasks, and guide projects.
• Maintain a deep understanding of Leads’ ongoing projects 
• Schedule team shifts and set managers schedule for floor shifts
• Hire new employees and conduct trainings
• Manage and distribute cash tips
• Conduct team member reviews, check ins, disciplinary actions and staff education
• Service
• Oversee the open/close of the restaurant and winery
• Ensuring standards for service, facilities, and hospitality are met
• Provide excellent hospitality to our guests, assist team members as needed, and getting to know regulars
• Maintain health department guidelines
