Assistant Athletics Director – Annual Fund will serve as the primary major and planned gifts revenue generation officer for the North Carolina A&T State University athletics department and the Aggie Athletic Foundation (AAF). The incumbent will lead in the development and implementation of long-term strategic plans, programs, and initiatives to enhance and maintain the financial stability of the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics, including assuming a central role in the development and execution of a capital campaign. Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required with related experience. Experience in development with a non-profit or in higher education preferred. Ability to work independently and in teams, meet high goals and interact effectively with alumni, friends, faculty, and staff in a comprehensive research university setting.
