Responsibilities:
Assist with property maintenance and curb appeal
Maintain inventory of supplies, parts, and equipment
Follow safety protocols and company policies
Perform preventive maintenance and inspections
Ensure timely completion of resident service requests
Diagnose and repair HVAC systems
Troubleshoot and service plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
Install, remove, or repair door jambs, window frames, and locks
Perform interior and exterior touch-up painting
Maintain clean and organized common areas, including power washing breezeways, cleaning pools, and picking up trash
Who We Are Looking For:
Experienced in general maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical work
Highly organized and able to work independently and with a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to resident service
Passion for quality, efficiency, and problem-solving
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum one year of experience in maintenance or a related field
Strong knowledge of HVAC troubleshooting and repairs (EPA Certification required)
Ability to use and handle hand and power tools
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, drywall/painting, carpentry, ceramic tile, fixtures, and appliance installation and repairs
Technical & Educational Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Some college or technical school preferred
Maintenance certifications are a plus
HVAC, EPA, and CPO certifications preferred
Additional Requirements:
Valid, non-expired driver's license or state-issued ID
Reliable transportation
Must have proper tools and equipment
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various climate conditions
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
