Pinch Provider (APRN) – Concierge Med Spa ✨????

Build your own aesthetics practice on your terms.

Pinch is looking for Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) in Colorado who are ready to grow in aesthetics and deliver treatments like tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facials all in the comfort of clients’ homes.

Founded in Chicago, IL, Pinch has quickly become the top-rated Med Spa in the area, and we are excited to expand nationally. As a Pinch Provider, you’ll have the unique opportunity to be one of our Founding Providers until we officially launch in your location. You set your schedule, choose your clients, and build your business.

We cover everything from malpractice insurance and marketing to technology and ongoing support, so you can focus on what you love most: making clients look and feel their best. Pinch pays top of market for treatment and covers all overhead costs, from insurance to products to technology, allowing you to devote your time and energy to your clients. What You’ll Do ????

• Deliver safe, high-quality aesthetic treatments (tox, microneedling, chemical peels, at-home facials, etc.)
• Complete required live neurotoxin injectables training (a one-time financial investment and an essential step in your injector journey)
• Take advantage of free virtual training covering chemical peels, microneedling, skincare, and at-home facial techniques
• Treat clients that come through via Pinch marketing as well as through your own personal network.
• Offer appointment availability that works for you (avg. 4–24 hrs/week)
• Manage products and supplies responsibly
• Keep accurate and timely client records
• Follow Pinch protocols and best practices
• Collaborate with fellow Providers and the Pinch team for support
• Utilize Pinch Marketing tools to retain clients, complete patient outreach, and continue to build your business

Requirements

What We’re Looking For ????

• Required: Active APRN license in Colorado (Full Practice Authority preferred)
• Required: Proven Certification in injectables OR ability to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification
• Excitement for aesthetics and helping clients feel their best
• Entrepreneurial spirit and interest in growing your own business
• Bonus: Prior aesthetics experience, existing patient network, or passion to expand your practice beyond clinical expertise and participate in events, influencer programs, photoshoots, and more!
