We are seeking a highly skilled and artistic Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Claremont, CA. This is an on-site role for a professional who is passionate about facial anatomy, aesthetic balance, and delivering exceptional client results. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of aesthetic services, patient education, and ensuring a luxurious and professional client experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans for clients, based on their unique aesthetic goals and facial anatomy.

• Expertly administer a full range of aesthetic injectables , including neuromodulators (e.g., Botox) and dermal fillers, with a focus on facial balancing and natural-looking rejuvenation.

• Operate and manage various lasers and energy-based devices (e.g., Sciton, Lutronic) for treatments such as skin resurfacing, hair removal, and skin tightening.

• Perform routine patient exams and screenings to ensure safety and appropriateness for aesthetic procedures.

• Educate clients on skin health and preventative care, recommending personalized at-home skincare routines and maintenance plans.

• Provide high-end customer care and build lasting relationships with clients through clear communication, empathy, and a focus on satisfaction.

• Work collaboratively with other office staff, including aestheticians and patient care coordinators, to ensure seamless client flow and a pleasurable experience.

• Maintain accurate and detailed client records, adhering to all medical and legal standards.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in the aesthetic industry through ongoing professional development.

 

Qualifications:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of California.

• Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or a related field.

• Extensive experience and demonstrated proficiency in administering aesthetic injectables .

• In-depth knowledge of facial anatomy and a strong aesthetic eye for achieving balanced and harmonious results.

• Ability to work with and appropriately operate various laser platforms (e.g., Sciton, Lutronic).

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills , with a focus on patient education and managing expectations.

• Proven ability to provide high-end customer care and create a positive client experience.

• Ability to work both independently and as a key member of a collaborative team.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
