As an Accounting Assistant, you’ll support the financial team with a variety of daily tasks including reconciling invoices, entering transactions into QuickBooks, processing reimbursements, managing payroll documents, and preparing daily bank deposits. You’ll also help with general ledger reconciliations, maintaining financial records, and assisting in quarterly and annual audits.
